After few months of starting blogging I decided to write a little bit more descriptive about page. But when you are reading this, this may be an out-of-date.

Anyway, I’m Yasaruwan Gunathilake, born in Ratnapura, Sri Lanka in 1985. Currently living mostly in Peradeniya where I’m studying. My home is in Ratnapura and going there in weekends whenever possible. I have two brothers Sandaruwan and Jayaruwan.

I had my primary education in Ferguson High School, Ratnapura. After I passed the year 5 scholarship exam I entered Seevali Central College where I studied for both O/L and A/L. Even I was unsuccessful in most term tests in the school I passed the O/L(in 2001) with 8 A’s. Then I studied in Maths stream for the A/L and faced the exam in 2004.

After getting through it successfully I was lucky enough to enter University of Peradeniya for my higher studies. Now I’m studying in 3rd year(2007/2008) of the Faculty of Engineering. Life in Peradeniya is quite funny, exciting and sometimes adventurous. I’m very concerned that I couldn’t share most of my university experiences with THE CRACK readers since the lack of time.


I like reading (books, newspapers, magazines etc), surfing the web and doing crazy and funny things with my friends. I’m also engaging in some social works which will be shared with you recently through this blog. Blogging is another hobby which I’m engaging very happily.
